The Ann Arbor Art Center (Ann Arbor, MI) is seeking artists working in any media for a summer exhibition REMIX, juried by Andrew Rosinski (Brooklyn, NY).
All artwork mediums are welcome, including painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture & objects, text, new media, and moving image, as well as new and traditional modes of artmaking combined in unexpected ways.
Artwork may be an abstraction of recognizable imagery; satirical, ironic or social commentary on its subject; influenced by the internet age, and the network in which it exists; or may employ visual rhetoric of advertising, corporate branding and commercial software tools.
A $35 entry fee entitles each artist to submit up to three images. Images may represent a single artwork, three individual artworks, or a collection of the artist’s small work. Only credit or debit card payments will be accepted. No cash or checks, please.
How To Enter: All materials, including entry fees and images, must be submitted in digital format through CAFE. No submissions will be accepted past the deadline (May 9th, 2017).
