We invite proposals from artists, emerging and established, for exhibitions in any media and in any subject area.
Exhibition proposals are reviewed by the Exhibits Committee, which is made up of MAC staff, board, and community members.
2019 GROUP EXHIBITION PROPOSALS
A group exhibition proposal should include:
- Written proposal outlining the exhibition – please include whether the work has been exhibited at another venue (where and when) and whether the work will be for sale (with approximate price points)
- Resumes of all participating artists
- Biographies of all participating artists
- 6 – 10 digital images representative of the exhibition
Submissions for group exhibition proposals are accepted between March 1st – June 1st, 2018. Artists will be notified of acceptance status on or before August 1st, 2018. Incomplete proposals will not be reviewed.

A solo exhibition proposal should include:
- Written proposal outlining the exhibition – please include whether the work has been exhibited at another venue (where and when) and whether the work will be for sale (with approximate price points)
- Artist Statement
- Biography
- Resume
- 6 – 10 digital images of your work that are representative of the exhibition proposal
Submissions for solo exhibition proposals are accepted between March 1st – June 1st, Artists will be notified of acceptance status on or before August 1st, 2018. Incomplete proposals will not be reviewed.
