To honour the unique relationship Coast Salish People have with the Salish Sea as the traditional stewards and original mariners of the southern coastal waters, BC Ferries is seeking a strong Coast Salish design for the exterior and interior of its newest vessel – Salish Heron.
FPCC is inviting eligible artists to respond to the call for Expressions of Interest. FPCC is facilitating the commission of an original design that reflects the character and meaning of the Salish Heron name.
