International Potato Institute

The International Potato Institute explores sustainable communal living through the lenses of art and design. We offer a series of workshops focused on nature, crafts, and culinary arts, held in a progressive, sustainable art community located just an hour from Tokyo, Japan. This project is a collaborative effort with local environmental organizations, artisans, and chefs. The workshop fee includes accommodation, amazing meals prepared by local chef, snacks and drinks (excluding alcoholic beverages), as well as all ingredients and materials needed for the workshops.

This is an intimate, three-day workshop in October with a limited number of spots available, creating a private and personalized experience. Since it’s conveniently close to the center of Tokyo by local train, it’s the perfect addition to your Japan trip.
