This is an invitational call for submittals of interest to create a site-specific memorial in San Bernardino, California.
The memorial will be located on the San Bernardino County Civic Campus located at 385 N. Arrowhead Avenue in San Bernardino on a 40,000 sq. ft. site with views of the San Bernardino Mountains. The San Bernardino County December 2nd Memorial Committee envisions that the memorial will be a permanent legacy that honors and celebrates the victims of the attack, acknowledges the bravery of the first responders, and focuses on life, love, peace, tolerance, and San Bernardino County historic and enduring tradition of strength, determination, and resiliency.
