The Library Arts Center in Newport, N.H., is asking artists to submit works in a variety of media for the exhibition “Black and White,” which will run at the LAC from Feb. 10 through April 7. Artists may submit paintings, drawings, prints, sculpture, photography, mixed media, fiber arts and weavings, as long as they are executed in black, white and gray.
