Manifest seeks submissions for its continuous BOOK PROJECT, the 13th INDA which includes $2,000 in cash awards and a $1200 First Prize! The annual award winning INDA collection of recent contemporary drawings is in on its thirteenth volume. Submissions are expected to vary, from the most academic to the most experimental. All included artists receive a complimentary copy of the finished book.
